3/4 cup chocolate nesquik powder
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup whole milk, room temperature
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 extra large or jumbo eggs, room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee (original or decaf)

Chocolate Ganache

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup + 2 heaping tbsp chocolate nesquik powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Sprinkles, for garnish

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

In a large bowl, sifted together flour (baking powder and salt, if using) baking soda, chocolate nesquik powder, and sugar. Set aside.

In a measuring cup or medium bowl, add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla; whisk until well incorporated. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with paddle attachment on medium-low speed. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients then add in hot coffee and mix until well combined (Scrape the Bowl Occasionally). Pour cake batter into a greased 9×13 inch long baking pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and cool for a few minutes. Pour Chocolate Ganache all over and the sides of the cake, let it sit until the ganache thickens. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles on top and serve warm or cold.

For the Chocolate Ganache

In a large pot over medium-low heat, add sweetened condensed milk and chocolate nesquik powder, stir until combined and bring to a slight sim, simmer. Turn off the heat and add and stir in in butter and vanilla.
