Ingredients:
3/4 cup roasted and salted peanuts
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup grated coconut
1/3 cup wood pressed or virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup crushed jaggery
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup amaranth seeds
A fat pinch of pink himalayan salt
1 tsp organic cinnamon powder
2 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Bake for 30-40 mins…take out after 15 mins and mix and then again bake until golden brown.
Once cooled down store in airtight glass container and will keep good for upto 2 months.
