The Best Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo Chicken is always made at home. My recipe for Fettuccine Alfredo sauce is creamy with a Silky luxurious taste. I pair this delicious pasta with crispy chicken cutlets and a side of Texas toast. Let me tell you, your family will be requesting this often. I hope you enjoy my take on this amazing dish. 1 Box Fettuccine (Barilla)
2-3 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese or Pecorino Romano
1 1/2 Tablespoons AP Flour
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt to taste

Crispy Chicken Cutlets
4 Chicken Breast cut in Half and Pounded flat
2 Cups Panko or Bread crumbs

Flour Blend
2 Cups Ap Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper

Egg Bath
3 Eggs
1/4 cup water
Pinch of Salt

Double Frying Chicken Cutlets will allow a juicy crispy chicken
First fry 2-3 Minutes
Let rest for 5-7 Minutes
Second fry 3-4 Minutes

Please make sure your oil hold frying temperature
Depending on the size of your chicken the cooking time will vary
You will see a beautiful golden color when its cook so long as your oil is at the right temperature
If you see smoke come out of your oil, That means is the oil is way too hot
