hey

soooo I am in LOVE with peanut butter to the point where its a bit concerning however here is me making a days worth of meals with the brown nutty deliciousness!

Recipes

Peanut Butter Granola

5 cups oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 275 F
2. Combine honey and peanut butter in microwavable bowl and out in microwave for 45 sec or until melted
3. Whisk and mix in vanilla if desired
4. Pour peanut butter and honey in a bowl over oats and mix
5. Spread on baking sheet cover in parchment paper and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden

Date Latte

12-15 pitted dates
2 cups hot water
2 cups cashew milk
1 mug black coffee
10 ice cubes

Optional: 1 tbsp vanilla extract

1. Boil water and then pour over dates in separate bowl and let sit for 10-15 min
2. Brew fresh mug of coffee and dump into blender with peanut butter, cashew milk and ice (vanilla extract if desired)
3. Dump water from bowl with dates and put soft dates into blender and pulse until smooth
4. Pour over a glass of ice

Grilled Peanut Butter Apple Sandwich

1 apple
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 slices bread
1 tbsp butter

1. Slice apple into thin pieces and put on one slice of bread
2. Spread peanut butter on second slice of bread
3. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl and pour over top of apples
4. Place second piece of bread over top apples creating a sandwich and spread half the butter on the top of bread
5. Place sandwich in hot pan with the butter side facing down and spread remaining butter on the other slice of bread
6. Flip over when bread becomes golden brown

Peanut Sauce

1 clove garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce (or alternatively coconut aminos)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/3 cups water

1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl with spoon

Peanut Butter Cups

1 bag chocolate chips
3-4 tbsp peanut butter

1. Heat chocolate chips up until fully melted and place 1 tsp of chocolate into muffin wrappers
2. Put 1/2 tsp of peanut butter on top of chocolate
3. Pour 1 tbsp more of chocolate overtop of peanut butter and freeze for 45 minutes
