GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
– Makesure you must include wholegrains,paneer,Fish,flaxseed,nuts,green vegetables,Oats,Brown rice,beans,green vegetables,Cauliflower,Broccoli,Seeds,Lintils,Coconut water,Berries,Grapes,Guava,Apple.

– Eat Quinoa few times a week.

– Try to drink gree tea 2 times a day

– Drink 8 glasses of water a day

– PLEASE EXERCISE either in morning or evening.You can have any healthy fruits or vegetables 40 minutes before your work out.

– You can change the Diet plan according to ur taste..(Veg or Non Veg)but it must be healthy…

– AVOID ur tea coffee Intake

– AVOID all hydrogenated saturated and trans fat.(red meat, diary product and processed food)

– AVOID eating outside foods

– AVOID white suger,white potatoes,corn,peas,white bread,rice cakes,muffins and cakes.

– AVOID sweetened juice,canned juice.

– AVOID sugary foods like cookies,cakes,candy and sugary drinks.
